NH appointment as Director of AWI

At the annual general meeting of Australian Wool Innovation (AWI), held in Sydney on 22nd November 2019, Noel Henderson was elected as a Director to the AWI board.

There were eight candidates nominating for the three vacancies on the board and Noel was one of two new directors along with an existing director that were elected.

AWI is the research, development (R&D) and marketing organization for the Australian wool industry.

The company invests along the global supply chain for Australian wool – from wool growers through to retailers.

Noel said “ I am really looking forward to my involvement with the Board of AWI and to supporting wool growers.”
